Coolmic Anime Merch Giveaway
1. Sponsor
The Coolmic Anime Merch Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Coolmic (the “Service”), operated by WWWave of America Corp., in Texas, USA.
The Service will conduct the Giveaway as described in these Official Rules.
2. Eligibility
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America and the United Kingdom.
Entrants must be 18 years old or older as of their date of entry in the Giveaway in order to qualify
Entrants must have a Coolmic Account on the Service’s English site in order to qualify.
The Service's employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employee's immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the Giveaway.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on December 01st, 2021, 00:00 (PST), and ends on December 23rd, 2021, 23:59 (PST) (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the Giveaway, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
4. How to Enter
Eligible entrants can enter the Giveaway by submitting an entry via the online form provided here.
Entrants must fill out the form entirely with the information asked:
- The mail address linked to their Coolmic Account
- Their country of residence
- The prize pack they are entering the Giveaway for
For the entry to be accepted, all the information must be filled correctly. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Service’s sole discretion.
5. Prizes
The Winner(s) of the Giveaway will receive one of the following prizes:
- TL Pack: 7 round pin badges (total value: $34 USD)
- BL Pack: 2 acrylic keychains, 3 acrylic stands (total value: $39 USD)
- Mature Pack: 2 wet tissue packs, 2 acrylic stands, 1 hand towel (total value: $20 USD)
Winners can only win one prize, the one they chose in their entry form.
The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded. The prize(s) shall be determined solely by the Service. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Service’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The shipping costs will be covered by the Service, however, the Winner, upon acceptance of the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes. The Winner shall not transfer assignment of the prize to others nor shall the Winner request the cash equivalent or prize substitution.
6. Selection and Notification of Winners
3 Winners will be picked at random on December 24th, 2021 (JST), one for each of the prizes offered in the Giveaway.
Winners will receive an email to be notified of their win on December 25th, 2021 (PST). Winners then have 15 days from the time the award notification was sent to provide the Service with their postal address so as to receive their prize.
The Service is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall be the Service be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If the Winner 1) fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time the award notification was sent, 2) is found ineligible, or 3) does not complete and return an executed declaration and release within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected.
Receipt of the prize (offered in the Coolmic Anime Goods Giveaway) by the Winner is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
IF THE WINNER VIOLATES ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE WINNER (AT THE SERVICE’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
7. Reception of the prizes
The prizes will be sent to the Winners during January 2022.
The Service cannot provide any arrival date of the prize.
8. Odds
The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
9. Privacy Policy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Service website.

As part of the Giveaway, the Service will collect:
- Names of the Winners
- Address of the Winners
As part of the Giveaway, the personal data collected will be used to:
- Assure the validity of the entrant
- Choose the Winners
- Contact the Winners
- Ship the prize
As part of the Giveaway, your personal data will be deleted when all the Winners will have received their prizes.
10. Terms
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Terms of Service stated on the Service website.

11. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept to the decisions of the Service, as final and binding as it relates to the content.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
